Professor Dara Orenstein has won the Kluge Fellowship, a year-long appointment at the John W. Kluge Center at the Library of Congress. She plans on spending her time during the fellowship revising her dissertation into a book, provisionally titled Offshore Onshore: A History of the Free Zone on U.S. Soil.
